Most operators’ pricing options remain basic, a data allowance linked to speed of download being the most popular model. Whilst this encourages customers to migrate to LTE, providing the best value for speed/GB, it is far from sophisticated and begs the question – will it do anything new to help customers in their confusion with operators’ prices?
